经常显示“获取数据失败”，如何处理？

数据源与业务系统的mysql数据库连接正常，但当要查看或编辑数据集时，经常显示“获取数据失败”，但偶尔又能正常预览，求解！

您好，看日志应该是咱们数据源加载数据太慢了，导致超时了所以报错了，咱们使用的是什么数据源？可以修改数据源为连接字符串，然后添加超时时间参数：commandtimeout=60000; image.png914740600.png

之前没打开运行日志，待会我打开后再是一次获取数据，如果失败我再导日志给你们
