C1 ribbon

Hello
When I use my "Visual Studio 2012" in Chinese(Win 8),I found a few problems, I can't found project model:"C1 Ribbon application for .net 4.0" in the new project form. That's one of the problem, and the other is I can't add a C1Ribbon Form.

In my opnion, I think the dictionary cause that problem, After all, I hope you can dial with thsi problem as soon as posible.
