ActiveReports 授权问题求解

程序之前使用一直正常，昨天突然出现下列信息：
License for the WebViewer cannot be found. To continue using ActiveReports Developer 7, contact ComponentOne at sales@componentone.com or Order Online. Please send any questions or comments regarding ActiveReports Developer 7, or our other products to http://our.componentone.com.

出现以上提示，通常是因为代码中的licenses出现异常，需要从以下几步来排查错误原因：
1、确保你的开发电脑上ActiveReports产品已经激活，可以在系统的【开始菜单】【所有程序】【ComponentOne】中的 License Manager 工具，查看ActiveReports的状态，如果已经激活该出现下图中的信息

2、查看你工程中 Properties 目录下是否包含 licenses.licx 文件

3、licenses.licx 文件中是否包含AR相关信息

谢谢您的解答,我的电脑里下图里没有任何授权信息

经过卸载重新安装activeReports 授权信息已有并且在开发电脑中程序运行正常

将开发电脑中的程序发布到 IIS中后还是出现

许可管理工具中如果已经显示正常，你需要按照2楼中的第2、3步进行操作，以确保你的工程正确添加产品授权许可。

2 3步都做过,之前这个程序都运行正常,刚才又确认了 2 3步授权信息都对

现在问题在于开发电脑中编的程序运行调试都正常,但发布到iis环境后,打开WebViewer就出问题了，还是显示授权有问题.

电话确认,该问题已经解决.

原因是开发环境中 AR 的 License 信息丢失, 对环境的确认之后,推断造成信息丢失的可能原因是某些杀毒软件误操作注册表信息,将AR的License信息误删除.
