怎么才能禁用控件自带的Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V,Ctrl+X操作

由于目前希望剪切时仅剪切值，所以想禁用掉控件自带的Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V,Ctrl+X操作，请问用神马方法禁用。
