问题描述：C1DataGrid Web Part出現以下SertverException:
The given key was not present in the dictionary.
at Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ClientRequest.ProcessResponseStream(Stream responseStream)
at Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ClientRequest.ProcessResponse(HttpWebResponse response)
at Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ClientRequest.ExecuteQueryGetResponseAsyncCallback(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

重现步骤：在C1DataGrid Web Part內綁定一個External List. 這External List在Sharepoint內建的Web Part能正常顥示, 但用C1DataGrid Web Part便出現上述SertverException並不能顥示數據.
