三种方法可供参考：
1、通过TitleInfo来实现：

protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
FpSpread1.TitleInfo.Visible = true;
FpSpread1.TitleInfo.Text = "固定资产明细统计表（教育部十六大类）";
FpSpread1.Sheets[0].TitleInfo.Visible = true;
FpSpread1.Sheets[0].TitleInfo.Text = "10类：文物及陈列品，11类：图书，15类：被服装具，16类：牲畜，0413类：交通运输工具";
FpSpread1.Sheets[0].TitleInfo.HorizontalAlign = HorizontalAlign.Left;
}

可以在 ColumnFooter 实现：

this.FpSpread1.Sheets[0].ColumnFooter.RowCount = 2;
this.FpSpread1.Sheets[0].ColumnFooter.Cells[0, 0].ColumnSpan = 4;
this.FpSpread1.Sheets[0].ColumnFooter.Cells[1, 0].ColumnSpan = 4;
this.FpSpread1.Sheets[0].ColumnFooter.Cells[0, 0].Text = "固定资产明细统计表（教育部十六大类）";
