xls是使用biff格式保存的，如果其中有一位错了，后面可能就无法读取了。excel作为一个应用程序兼容性会更好一些，控件对文件格式的要求更严格一些。
您用excel打开文件再重新另存为文件，再导入试试，如果好了那就是jxl生成的文件有问题。

另存为后是可以，但你们官方这个http://demo.gcpowertools.com.cn/ ... mple/exceliosample/
好像直接可以用，是不是处理过了?

这个没有做处理，拿到的Excel直接导入的。
