手动同步外联表副本报错

设计器本地调试时可以正常同步外联表副本，发布至服务器上之后，无法执行，报错信息如下：

Failed.ErrorMessage:A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

服务器用的443端口ssl，外联表副本连接字符串无更改。
