您好，这个问题是由于应用的根目录下有不规范文件夹导致的：


您可以在服务管理配置台找到应用根目录的位置，然后在服务器所在环境去这个目录下看一下，有没有一些空文件夹，或者目录不全的文件夹，有的话删掉，然后重启活字格服务器。
一个完整的应用目录，应该类似于这样：

重装安装了也不行目录改了也不行是哪里的问题呢
全新 安装的空白的，应用都没有的 路径我也改了，因为路径是空的也

我们是不是把应用的根目录设置到 C:\\Windows\\TEMP 下面了？
这里面还有活字格日志的存储目录，启动时会把 ForguncyServerLog 这个也识别为一个应用，但其不是个应用，就会出现上述问题。
可以把应用存储路径换一个目录，保证这个目录是空的。重启下活字格服务器，看能否解决问题呢？
