未能将许可证文件转换为二进制资源

版本 v5.0.3523.2008 （是日文版）
dll：FarPoint.Web.SpreadJ.dll

开发环境：vs 2008
操作系统：win xp 中文版
用自带的DEMO 工程 ClientScriptCS

在生成运行时许可证时 抛出下面的错误

错误        2        C:\Program Files\SpreadASPNET5\Samples\Sample\CS\ClientScriptCS\licenses.licx: 未能将许可证文件转换为二进制资源。  (1) : 错误 LC0004 : 创建类型“FarPoint.Web.Spread.FpSpread, FarPoint.Web.SpreadJ, Version=5.0.3523.2008, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=a5fa960294d899e7System.FormatException: 该字符串未被识别为有效的 DateTime。
   在 System.ComponentModel.LicenseManager.CreateWithContext(Type type, LicenseContext creationContext, Object[] args)
   在 System.ComponentModel.LicenseManager.CreateWithContext(Type type, LicenseContext creationContext)
   在 System.Tools.LicenseCompiler.GenerateLicenses(String fileContents, String targetPE, ITypeResolutionService resolver, DesigntimeLicenseContext ctx)”时发生异常        C:\Program Files\SpreadASPNET5\Samples\Sample\CS\ClientScriptCS\licenses.licx        C:\...\ClientScriptCS\
