如何实现禁止列拖拽和禁止前2行编辑

上述代码注释中功能为什么需要设置sheet.options.isProtected=true 才能生效，设置了这个之后会禁用掉很多配置项， 如何能不禁用功能，又能实现禁止列拖拽和禁止前2行编辑呢
