您好，AR现在最新的版本是AR15，你那边现在使用AR12是基于什么考虑，还有就是你现在使用AR12是在web端展示还是C/S 端展示web端展示，AR12你可以使用Html5Viewer或者使用Webviewer：https://www.grapecity.com.cn/developer/activereports/learnvideo
