安装报表服务器时，在Web Application User配置窗口 弹出 the specified user alread exists这样的错，这个要怎么处理？

在安装过程中创建的账号和密码是Windows的用户名和密码，是为启动AR agent 服务和AR服务的账号和密码。
如果遇到the specified user alread exists，这可能是之前安装ARS 过程中已经创建了该账号，您可以打开计算机管理窗口，查看是否有该账号
