TXTextControl.Web 这个dll支持的VS最低版本为VS2012、Framework 4.5，详细信息如下：
TX Text Control .NET Server for ASP.NET requires one of the following Windows versions:
?        Windows 8
?        Windows 8.1
?        Windows Server 2012
?        Windows Server 2012 R2
The following development environments are supported by TX Text Control .NET Server for ASP.NET:
?        Visual Studio 2012
?        Visual Studio 2013
The following .NET Frameworks are required to use the HTML5 Web Editor:
?        .NET 4.5
The following browsers have been tested and are officially supported (older and newer versions might work without any problems):
?        Firefox 31.0
?        Chrome 36.0
?        Safari 5.0
?        Internet Explorer 10 and 11
